I’m Tasha, a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist in my 50s. My mission is to help women 45 and over reclaim their strength, lose belly fat, and feel energized, confident, and sexy—regardless of age or challenges like menopause or past injuries.

As a breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand the battles women face with hormonal changes, stubborn belly fat, and a body that doesn’t always respond like it used to. I’ve been there, struggling with confidence, energy, and consistency in my younger years. It wasn’t until my 40s that I truly committed to a sustainable lifestyle, and it transformed my life in every way.

I specialize in creating personalized training and nutrition programs tailored to the unique needs of women navigating midlife changes. From boosting bone density and gut health to balancing hormones and toning your body, my approach goes beyond quick fixes. It’s about building habits that last a lifetime and help you feel your absolute best.

When I’m not coaching women to reach their goals, I’m spending time with my supportive husband, my two amazing daughters, and our adorable dog. You can often find me enjoying outdoor adventures, soaking up nature, or camping by the river.
