Simple Steps to Get Stronger
Hi, I’m Tasha Cividanes
I know what it feels like to start over. To feel lost, unsure, and disconnected from your own body. For years, I worked as a stressed-out corporate professional and Realtor, struggling with confidence, anxiety, and chronic people-pleasing.
Then, my world was shaken by a breast cancer diagnosis. It was the hardest challenge of my life—but it also became the turning point. That journey taught me resilience, grit, and the importance of prioritizing health, strength, and self-belief.
I came out stronger, cancer-free, and determined to help other women realize the same power within themselves.
My Mission
Today, I coach women 35 and up to:
- Build sustainable strength, inside and out
- Regain confidence in the gym and in everyday life
- Create realistic habits around training, nutrition, and mindset
- Feel capable, proud, and empowered in their own skin
I believe it’s never too late to take control of your health and step into the strong, confident version of yourself that’s always been there.
