Hi, I’m Tasha Cividanes
Hi, I’m Tasha Cividanes — a strength and form coach who knows what it’s like to start over.
Before becoming a trainer, I spent years in stressful jobs, dealing with anxiety, low confidence, and feeling disconnected from my own health.
A breast cancer diagnosis changed everything. Recovery taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of building strength — physically and mentally.
I came out stronger, cancer-free, and determined to help other women realize the same power within themselves.
Today, I help women build the confidence to lift, move well, and feel strong in their bodies.
My mission is simple:
- Teach proper form and technique
- Build sustainable strength
- Help women feel capable, empowered, and proud of their progress
- Create realistic habits that fit real life
